What we need from you
Nothing else is needed to price a box. If you do not have a dieline yet, we draw one from the product measurements — that part costs you nothing.
Length, width and height of the product, or of the box you have in mind. A photo of the product next to a ruler is enough.
Minimum order is 500 units per design and per size. Tell us the target run and we will quote that number.
Print-ready files if you have them. If not, send the logo and tell us what the box should say — we will lay it out with the dieline.
Small runs and limited editions are workable; the same lines run to millions a month on tooling built for the job.
Send a product, a sketch or an existing dieline. We build or refine the structure before you commit to a run.
Dimensions, quantity and finishing are enough to price the job. The dieline comes with the quote.
The white sample is free and goes out in 7 days. A printed production sample is charged per structure and ready in 10 days; courier is on your account.

Anything you send is used only to quote and make your job. It is not shared, not reused and not shown to anyone else — and if you would rather have an NDA in place first, say so and we will sign one before you send files.
What we make
Each one is drawn to your product dimensions, then printed and finished to the board and surface you choose.
Printed paperboard cartons for retail shelf and e-commerce, in the board weight and finish your product needs. Supplied flat, glued at the side seam — erected and filled on your packing line.
Straight tuck, reverse tuck, crash-lock and sleeves — drawn to your dimensions.
Fluted board for the part of the journey that is rough: fulfilment, multi-packs and export shipping. Printed or plain, die-cut on the same lines.
Single-wall and double-wall, matched to the weight being shipped.
Set-up boxes — lid and base, or shoulder — with die-cut inserts — for limited editions, gift sets and anything where the unboxing carries the price point.

How we work
Product size with any headspace you need, quantity and finishing. A sketch, a photograph or an existing dieline is fine.
Structural drawing included, so the fit is checked before artwork and tooling.
Inside three working days, with the dieline attached so you can see what is being priced.
White sample free, out in 7 days. A printed production sample is in 10 days, about US$100 per structure, refunded against orders over 10,000 units. You cover the courier. Special materials and finishes can take longer.
Schedule, packing and shipping terms (FOB Shenzhen unless you ask otherwise) are confirmed with the quote before anything goes on the press. Production lead time is 45 days from the later of sample approval and receipt of the deposit (30% deposit, balance by T/T).

Where it is made
The boxes are made in our workshop in Tangxia, Dongguan — structural drawing, printing, foiling, embossing, laminating and gluing under one roof. That is what makes a 500-unit order workable: nothing is subcontracted to a supplier with a minimum of its own.
