Four things you can check before you commit to anything.
Buying packaging from a factory you have not visited is a risk you cannot price. So rather than ask you to take our word for it, here is exactly what we can be checked on — and what we cannot, stated plainly.

The checks
What we can be held to
Each of these is something you ask for once and get. None of them depends on you believing a description on a website.

The company, in the public register
We trade as Dongguan Longyuanchang Packaging Co., Ltd. (东莞隆远昌包装有限公司), at Bldg 3, 1–2F, Yumingxin Industrial Park, Tangxia, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. That legal name and address are what you will find on our quotations and shipping documents.
A unified social credit code will be published here shortly, so the registration can be looked up directly rather than taken from this page.

A sample box, before you order one
We will make a sample of your structure and post it to you, so you can judge the board, the crease and the finish in your hand. The sample itself is free to you; the courier is paid by the buyer.
This is the only claim on this site that costs us money to make, which is the reason it is the one we lead with.

A live walk through the workshop
Ask for a video call and we will walk the floor with the phone: the printing area, the die-cutting and creasing, the finishing, and the tables where boxes are made up and packed. One continuous take, no edited footage.
Pick the time — we would rather you saw it running than saw a highlight reel.

What a production run is checked against
Four things, on every run: dimensions against the approved dieline; print against the approved sheet; the surface against the approved finish; and whether the box erects and holds as it should. If a run misses on any of those, we remake it.
We do not quote a sampling standard by its code number, because that number belongs to a standard, not to us — what we can tell you is which of the four checks failed, if one does.

Your artwork, and who sees it
Anything you send is used to quote and make your box, and for nothing else. We do not pass artwork to other customers, and we do not reuse a customer's design. If you need it in writing before you send files, we will sign your NDA.
In plain terms
What we do not have
Saying this costs us the easiest kind of credibility, so it is worth being direct about it. Two things a buyer often looks for are simply absent here.
No third-party audits, and no chain-of-custody paperwork
We hold no management-system listing and no chain-of-custody listing, so there is nothing of that kind for us to show you. We are not going to imply otherwise. If a particular scheme is a hard requirement for your channel, tell us early — it is better to find out now than after a sample.
No completed export orders to point at
We are new to selling directly to brands abroad, so there is no back catalogue of delivered work we could show even if we wanted to. Our focus markets are Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The drawings on the structures page are our own, and are labelled as illustrations rather than as jobs.
Which leaves the three things above — the register, the sample and the live walk. They are slower than a badge, and they are the ones that hold up.
