How we work
Everything a box needs, under one roof
Structural drawing, printing, foiling, embossing, laminating and gluing happen in our own workshop in Tangxia, Dongguan. That is the reason a 500-unit order is workable: nothing is passed to a second supplier with a minimum of its own.
01 — Structure
The dieline comes first
A box is decided by its drawing, not by its artwork. We draw the structure from your product, so the fit is settled before anyone talks about print.
Drawn from your product
Give us the product dimensions — a bottle, a jar, a folded garment, a candle — and we build the dieline around it, including the headspace and clearance it needs.
Or refined from yours
Already have a dieline? Send it and we will work from it, or adjust the structure where it fights the board or the packing line.
At no charge
Structural design and the dieline are free of charge, before you commit to a production run.
02 — Print & finish
Print, then make the surface do the work
Spot colour, matched to your reference
Send the reference you already work to — a printed sample, a swatch, a colour code — and we match the ink to it. Four-colour process printing for photographic artwork.
Foil, emboss, spot UV
Metallic and coloured foils, raised or debossed relief, and gloss highlights over a matt base. These are the three finishes that most change how a box feels in the hand.
Six laminations
Matt, gloss, soft-touch, anti-scratch, plastic-free and starlight — chosen against the artwork and how the box will be handled.
Recyclable board options
Where the product allows it, we will quote board and laminations that keep the pack recyclable — and tell you when a finish would work against that.
03 — Before production
Nothing goes on the press unapproved
-
Dieline proof
You see the structure and the dimensions first, and we change it until the fit is right.
-
Sample
Typically 7–10 days, free of charge, with the courier on your account. Special materials and finishes can take longer.
-
Your approval
Structure, artwork, board and finish are signed off together — in writing, before the run starts.
-
Production
Printed, finished, glued and packed. Schedule and shipping terms were agreed with the quote, so there is nothing left to negotiate at the end.
04 — Where it is made
Dongguan Longyuanchang Packaging Co., Ltd.
Our own workshop, west of the Pearl River delta in Guangdong. You are dealing with the people who make the boxes — not an intermediary passing a specification along.

05 — Pricing
Why there is no price list
A box price moves with the board, the size of the run and the finishing — the same carton in matt and in soft-touch foil are two different jobs. So every quote is built from the dieline.
- Send: product dimensions, quantity, finishing you have in mind.
- Get back: the quote and the dieline, within one working day.
- Then: a sample, typically in 7–10 days, before you commit to a run.
What a quote covers
Included, and charged on top
Not knowing what else will appear on the invoice stops more first orders than the price itself. So here is the boundary before you ask.
Included
- Structural design and the dieline — at no charge.
- Printing and finishing to the specification we agree in writing.
- Gluing, and packing the boxes for shipment.
- The sample itself — free of charge.
Charged separately
- Tooling and plate charges, where a job needs them — listed as their own lines on the quote.
- Courier for samples — on your account.
- Freight — the shipping term is agreed with the quote.

Questions about a structure are free
Ask before you have artwork, before you have a quantity, before you know which box you need. A dimension and a rough idea is enough to start.
