Three structures cover most packaging briefs
Each one is drawn from your product dimensions — not chosen from a stock size — then printed and finished to the board and surface you pick. Minimum order is 500 units per design.
01 — Folding cartons
Printed paperboard, supplied flat
The workhorse of retail packaging: a single printed sheet that folds into a box. It ships and stores flat, so a 500-unit run does not need a pallet of empty boxes.
- Structures: straight tuck-end, reverse tuck-end, crash-lock, and sleeves that slide over a tray.
- Board and finish are confirmed against your product when we quote — the dieline shows the fit before artwork is finalised.
- Made for: shelf-ready single products, e-commerce, skincare and candle cartons, tea and confectionery.
02 — Rigid & gift boxes
Set-up boxes with lids, shoulders and inserts
Wrapped board, assembled rather than folded. This is the structure for limited editions, gift sets and anything where opening the box is part of the product.
- Structures: lid and base, book-style, drawer, and a two-piece box inside a printed sleeve.
- Inside: die-cut card trays and fitments cut to the shape of your product, so nothing moves in transit.
- Made for: gift sets, discovery sets, press kits, and higher price-point items.
03 — Trays, sleeves & inserts
Two pieces that hold the product still
When a product is awkward — a bottle, a jar, a set of small items — the packaging is usually two or three pieces rather than one. We draw the tray, the sleeve and the fitment so they work together.
- Materials: folding board or corrugated, depending on how much protection the product needs.
- Inserts: die-cut to your product outline, with finger cut-outs where the customer lifts it out.
- Made for: sampler sets, multi-part kits, bottled and jarred products.

Send your dimensions and get a dieline
Dimensions, quantity and finishing are enough to start. If you already have artwork or a dieline, send that too and we will work from it.
