澄彩 DAPPER PACK

Folding cartons · Rigid boxes · Gift boxes

Retail-ready packaging, from 500 units.

Dapper Pack is a printing and packaging manufacturer in Dongguan, China. We draw the structure from your product dimensions, print and finish the box, and send the dieline with the quote — inside one working day.

Minimum order from 500 units per design. Dielines and structural design at no charge.

Judge us on the dieline, the sample and a live walk of the workshop.

Every structure starts from your product — not from a stock size.

Already writing to us? Just reply to the email you received — the dimensions, the quantity and your artwork are enough to start.

Three things get you a quote

Send a dimension, a quantity and your artwork

Nothing else is needed to price a box. If you do not have a dieline yet, we draw one from the product measurements — that part costs you nothing.

  • 01 The dimension

Length, width and height of the product, or of the box you have in mind. A photo of the product next to a ruler is enough.

  • 02 The quantity

Per design and per size. Minimum order is 500 units; tell us the target run and we will quote that number.

  • 03 Your artwork

Print-ready files if you have them. If not, send the logo and tell us what the box should say — we will lay it out with the dieline.

Three things get you a quote

  • Product dimensions — size and weight. A photo next to a ruler works better than a written spec.
  • Quantity for the first run — even a small one.
  • Finishing you have in mind, or leave that to us.

No artwork needed. A sketch, a sample you like or an existing dieline is fine — dimensions alone are enough to start.

Arrived here from an email?

Just reply to it. That keeps everything in one thread, and the quote comes back to the same conversation — inside one working day.

Your artwork stays yours

Anything you send is used only to quote and make your job. It is not shared, not reused and not shown to anyone else — and if you would rather have an NDA in place first, say so and we will sign one before you send files.

What we make

Three structures cover most packaging briefs

Each one is drawn to your product dimensions, then printed and finished to the board and surface you choose.

Folding cartons

Printed paperboard cartons for retail shelf and e-commerce, in the board weight and finish your product needs. Supplied flat, folded and glued.

Straight tuck, reverse tuck, crash-lock and sleeves — drawn to your dimensions.

Rigid & gift boxes

Set-up boxes with lids, shoulders and inserts — for limited editions, gift sets and anything where the unboxing carries the price point.

Lid and base, book-style, drawer, or a two-piece box with a sleeve.

Line drawing of an open rigid gift box fitted with a die-cut tray holding two round wells.

Trays, sleeves & inserts

Two-piece cartons and die-cut fitments that hold the product in place, so it arrives the way it left the line.

Card or corrugated inserts, cut to the shape of your product.

How we work

From a dimension to a box, in five steps

  1. Send your dimensions

Product size with any headspace you need, quantity and finishing. A sketch, a photograph or an existing dieline is fine.

  2. We draw the dieline

Structural drawing at no charge, so the fit is checked before artwork and tooling.

  3. You get a quote

Inside one working day, with the dieline attached so you can see what is being priced.

  4. Sample

Typically 7–10 days; free of charge, you cover the courier. Special materials and finishes can take longer.

  5. Production

Schedule, packing and shipping terms are confirmed with the quote before anything goes on the press.

Finishing & materials

The surface is where a box earns its price

Ask for any of these on the quote; we will tell you what suits the artwork, the board and the run size.

  • Foil stamping
Metallic or coloured foil, flat or patterned.
  • Embossing
Raised or debossed relief — with or without foil.
  • Spot UV
Gloss highlights over a matt or soft-touch base.
  • Soft-touch lamination
Velvet hand-feel; the most-requested finish on gift boxes.

Also available

  • Matt lamination
  • Gloss lamination
  • Anti-scratch lamination
  • Plastic-free lamination
  • Starlight lamination
  • Spot colour printing
  • Recyclable board options
Spot colour, matched to your reference. Send the reference you already work to — a printed sample, a swatch or a colour code — and we match the ink to it.
Want to feel the finishes rather than read about them? Ask for a swatch card — soft-touch, anti-scratch and plastic-free laminate on carton board — and we will post one out.

Where it is made

We are the manufacturer, not a trading office

The boxes are made in our own workshop in Tangxia, Dongguan — structural drawing, printing, foiling, embossing, laminating and gluing under one roof. That is what makes a 500-unit order workable: nothing is subcontracted to a second minimum.
