What we do with what you send
Two things, plainly: the information you send us when you ask for a quote, and the small amount the site itself counts.
What you send us
When you email, message or use the quote form, you send what a quote needs: your name, company and email address, the product dimensions and quantities, and — if you have them — artwork or dieline files.
If you would rather have an NDA in place first, say so and we will sign one before you send anything.
What the site counts
No cookies, no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics, and no IP addresses. Each page view sends three things to our own server: the page path, the domain of the page you came from, and a tag if the link you followed carried one. That tells us which pages are read.
Our host, GitHub Pages, delivers these files and may keep its own request logs. We do not have access to them.
Why we hold it, and for how long
To prepare your quotation, and to make the job if it goes ahead. Correspondence and attached files are kept for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. If a job or a warranty period is running, that job's file is kept while it lasts.
Who sees it
Not sold, not shared, not used for advertising, and not shown to another client. Only the people preparing your quotation see it.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email scott@dapperpack.com and we will reply within three working days.
